“Say My Name, Say My Name” in a Different Language

Join the Office of International Programs (OIP) in an event that is back by popular demand! The UNC Charlotte campus community is invited to learn how to write their name in a different language. Although Latin is the world’s predominant writing system, hundreds of scripts are used across the globe. UNC Charlotte’s international students hail from over 100 countries, and several of our international student polyglots will be volunteering their time to transcribe your name. If getting your name translated is not enough, OIP is excited to offer pins with your names written on it as a keepsake.
